• Renewals: It is the client’s responsibility to renew domain registrations prior to their expiration dates.
• Data Backup
  While Layar1 may perform routine backups, maintaining your own data backups is the client’s responsibility. Layar1 is not liable for any loss of data.
• Acceptable Use Policy
  Clients agree to use our services solely for lawful purposes. The use of our services for any illegal, harmful, or abusive activities—including but not limited to spam, malware distribution, or unauthorized network access—is strictly prohibited.
• Security

• By Client: Clients may terminate services by providing written notice. Refunds for unused service periods, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with our refund policy.
• By Layar1: Layar1 reserves the right to terminate services for breaches of these Terms or as required by law.
• Limitation of Liability
  Layar1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the affected service.
